When you are ready to submit a video, first email us at info@TheCrystalAwards.net, giving your name, address, phone number, email address, and where we can find your video.  Remember that each video upload site uses different protocols to locate videos, so give specific instructions.
  Then, either remit $20.00 through Paypal to qmxroyal@aol.com, or go to Tix.com, type in 'The Crystal Awards', and follow the instructions..  Remember to repeat all your pertinent information in the comments box.
